Vegan Chocolate-Covered Almond Butter Bites

Ingredients
1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 cup of vegan chocolate
Directions
1. Add almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter and sea salt to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
2. Portion about 1 tbsp of dough into balls, and repeat until all dough is used. Dough should yield 5 bites.
3. Melt vegan chocolate and coat each ball in chocolate. Place each ball into a freezer safe container lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes, and then transfer to the fridge.
4. Serve and enjoy!
