Vegan Flatbread Pizza

Vegan Flatbread Pizza

Total Time: 35 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients
2 cups of bread flour
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of vegan mozzarella
1/2 of an apple
1/2 cup of arugula
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

2. In a large bowl, combine bread flour and water. Knead dough.

3. Roll dough out into a circle and is approximately 1/4” thick. Note: If you find dough is still a bit wet, add a small amount of flour to help it roll easier.

4. Add dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Top with 1 cup of vegan mozzarella.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust has browned and cheese is fully melted. Remove from oven and let cool.

6. While pizza is cooking, add 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar to a small pan. Bring to a boil and let simmer until syrup begins to form. Stir frequently.

7. Top pizza with apple slices, arugula and balsamic reduction..

8. Serve and enjoy!
