Vegan Fondue Recipe

Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 20

Ingredients
4 red potatoes
2 carrots
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tsps of garlic powder
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions
1. Slice red potatoes and carrots. Steam for approximately 10 minutes, or until potatoes and carrots have completely softened.

2. Let potatoes and carrots cool and add to a blender.

3. Add in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth. Note: To adjust the thickness of the fondue, add more or less almond milk.

4. Serve immediately with your fondue favorites.
