8oz of tofu
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1.. To press tofu, wrap tofu in a paper towel or dish towel and place between two plates. You may need to add a bowl to the top plate to add enough pressure. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Thinly slice shallots and jalapeno. Heat a medium frying pan to medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Add shallots and jalapeno and saute for 5 minutes.
3. Add tofu to frying pan and saute until tofu begins to turn light brown.
4. Garnish with nutritional yeast and serve.
