Vegan Key Lime Smoothie Bowl

1 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 limes (save rind for zest)
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Optional: shredded coconut for garnish
1. Add banana, coconut oil, juice of 2 limes, coconut oil and almond milk to a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Add rolled oats to a bowl and pour key lime mixture over. Garnish with lime zest and shredded coconut.
