Vegan Mango Smoothie Bowl

1/2 cup of rolled outs
1 and 1/2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 mango

1. Pour oats and 1 cup of almond milk into a container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. When ready to serve, slice mango into tiny pieces and peel.

3. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk and mango slices to a blender. Puree until smooth.

4. Pour mango mixture over oats and serve.
