Vegan Patatas Bravas

Total Time: 50 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients
4 red potatoes
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of black pepper
Sunflower Oil
Sauce
1 tbsp of vegan chipotle mayo
1/2 tsp of vegan chili sauce
1/2 tsp of garlic powder

Directions
1. Slice red potatoes into small, bite-sized wedges.

2. Coat the bottom of a medium sized frying pan with oil. Add in chili powder, paprika, and red potatoes.

3. Fry on medium heat for 40 minutes, or until potatoes have fully softened. Stir frequently.

4. To make the sauce, add vegan chipotle mayo, vegan chili sauce, and garlic powder to a small bowl and mix well.

5. When potatoes are done, let cool and drizzle with sauce. Serve and enjoy!
