Vegan Pistachio Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups of oat milk
1 cup off shelled pistachios
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Add 2 bananas to a bowl and mash until smooth. Add in all purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract and oat milk. Mix well.
3. Add in 1/2 cup of pistachios and fold into batter. Pour batter into baking pan and top with remaining 1/2 cup of pistachios.
4. Bake for 1 hour, or until bread is fully cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. Serve and enjoy!
