Vegan Strawberry Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen dragon fruit (defrosted)
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 cup of fresh dragon fruit
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 tsp of chia seeds

Directions
1. Add unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen dragon fruit (defrosted) and maple syrup to a blender. Puree until smooth.

2. Add rolled oats to a bowl and pour over dragon fruit mixture.

3. Garnish with fresh dragon fruit, strawberries and chia seeds.

4. Serve and enjoy!
