Vegan Stuffing with Cranberries

Total Time: 1 Hour and 15 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 1 Hour | Servings: 6

Ingredients
12” loaf of bread
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 cup of fresh cranberries
1 tsp of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp of maple syrup

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Slice loaf of bread into small cubes and add to a baking pan. Pour in vegetable broth, fresh cranberries, soy sauce and maple syrup. Mix well.

3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

4. Let cool and serve and enjoy.
